Financing is available to those who qualify.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Gene Leach, the Owner/President of GBL Enterprises. I've been a licensed general contractor in Arizona since 1979. Beyond my 20 plus years experience in the industry, what makes my company different from all the other builders out there who want your business? It's my personal involvement with every project. I form a partnership with my client to produce a home that reflects his/her needs, lifestyle, and taste. I provide design consultation and computer aided drafting with 3-D modeling to give my client a clear concept of their dream home and minimize costly changes during construction. I personally handle job scheduling and supervision to insure the project runs on time and is done right. I limit the work load of GBL Enterprises to no more than 3 projects under construction at any given time to maintain quality control.
